PytajOLek is a specialized Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) intended for medical professionals.
The service is owned by BLOCKSISM MICHAŁ MIROŃCZUK, based in Niemcz, Poland.
Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms and confirmation of holding a valid medical professional license.
PytajOLek enables quick verification of pharmacological parameters such as dosing, interactions, and reimbursement status.
The system provides dosing information for various populations (adults, children, geriatric patients) and dose adjustments based on clinical parameters, e.g., GFR values.

These terms apply to Premium subscription in PytajOLek (Clinical Decision Support System).
The subject of the sale is access to the Premium system (unlimited queries, patient reports, support).
The price is displayed in PLN on the website and in the payment window. Payment is processed by the payment operator Przelewy24 (Przelewy24 S.A. or its designated entity).
The service is provided electronically. Premium access is activated immediately after payment is credited.
Premium subscription is renewed automatically (payment by card or BLIK via Przelewy24). You can cancel it at any time from your Dashboard – Premium access lasts until the end of the paid period; no further charges will be made after cancellation.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of conclusion of the contract.
If the consumer has requested that the service be performed before the expiry of the withdrawal period (e.g. immediate Premium activation), they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
Model withdrawal statement

Complaints may be submitted in writing to the e-mail address or registered office of the seller given in the "Seller details" section. The seller shall consider complaints within 14 days. The seller's response may be appealed to a permanent consumer arbitration court or to the Regional Inspector of the Trade Inspection.
The operator of card payments is PayPro SA Agent Rozliczeniowy, ul. The Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) is a reference and educational tool intended exclusively for licensed medical professionals. In accordance with EU Regulation 2024/2593 (Medical Device Regulation) and pharmaceutical law, this system is NOT classified as a medical device.

- A medical device
- A diagnostic tool
- A substitute for clinical assessment
- Medical advice for patients
- The primary data source is official Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) approved by URPL or EMA.
- Reimbursement and pricing data are updated based on current Ministry of Health announcements.
- Content is processed and structured by AI algorithms (GPT-4o) and then subject to expert review by qualified pharmaceutical staff.
PytajOLek supports the decision-making process but does not replace the knowledge, experience, or final assessment of a physician or pharmacist.
Every decision regarding prescribing, dosing, or combining medications must be based on the individual clinical condition of the patient.
Despite best efforts, the service does not guarantee complete absence of errors in AI-processed data. Users are obligated to verify critical information against official SmPC documentation before taking medical actions.
- The system identifies absolute and relative contraindications, such as renal insufficiency, liver failure, or pregnancy.
- Interaction information is advisory in nature and requires clinical monitoring of the patient.
The CDSS is intended exclusively for licensed medical professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses with appropriate qualifications). The user agrees to:
- Use the system exclusively for reference and educational purposes
- Not rely solely on system information when making clinical decisions
- Always verify information in the context of full patient assessment
- Not share the system with unauthorized persons
Users agree to use the service in accordance with its intended professional purpose.
Copying, scraping, or using the PytajOLek database for training other AI models without the owner's consent is prohibited.
The user (doctor/pharmacist) remains fully responsible for all clinical decisions made based on information from the CDSS. The system provides reference information but does not replace professional medical assessment.
⚠️ Important:
PytajOLek is not liable for damages resulting from use or misuse of the system. All clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.
Information in the system comes from official sources: ChPL (Summary of Product Characteristics), URPL (Office for Registration of Medicinal Products), and peer-reviewed medical literature. Although we strive to ensure data currency, we do not guarantee completeness or absence of errors.
PytajOLek reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the system at any time without prior notice. The user accepts that the system may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates.
